Re: Rest and OpenHab
Ok, I was kind of afraid you would say that... In practice that would mean I have to write a rest call for every button, sensor and switch I have (32 buttons at least) and I think that would turn into spaghetti code quickly... If I have understood the documentation properly, changes are pushed to th...

Rest and OpenHab
Hi I was wondering if it is possible to have ONH (opennethome) push status changes (eg. lamp1 turn ON) to OpenHab via REST? I know you can read the status via REST, but it would be terribly inefficient to constantly check the status of all items or run a cron job every minute (would shwo updates wit...

Tellstick not found
Hi I'm a happy user of OpenNethome who has run into a little snag. I have used my Tellstick with my Raspi with no problems for a while now, together with a single port usb to serial adapter. I decided to upgrade my single port serial to usb cable to a 4 port usb to serial cable, because i need to co...

Re: Suggestion: Comfirmation before delete
Hi Just wanted to comment on the way delete is implemented. I think it\s a good thing that it also removes all references to a deleted home item in other home items. Otherwise it would be quite a pain to remove all references. However, this also comes with a drawback. If you remove an item accidenta...

Suggestion: Comfirmation before delete
Hi!
Would it be possible to implement a confirmation dialogue box when deleting home items?
I have accidentally deleted items when I really wanted to remove the item from a room (I know, I should be more careful deleting things).
Regards,
Tobbe

Copy home item settings
Hi!
I was wondering if it would be possible to make a copy of a home item_
Sometimes you need many copies of the same home item (for example remote controls), but with slight variations in the settings.
It this something that could be implemented?
Regards,
Tobbe
