Re: What about this?

Both yes and no This was not to criticise Stefan's job, I have no opinion on that, it is his baby and he has it as a hobby project. The purpose was instead to show the wide support for many other things that you may need now but is not (yet) available in ONH - why would you think that your own softw...

What about this?

I have earlier been nagging about MQTT and the ever growing importance of IoT. Recently I have been elaborating with Node-RED (Node.js based) on the Raspberry Pi. It's an amazing frame work with a huge number of available plugins (called nodes) for various hardware and software integration. Since I ...

Re: belkin wemo wlan lamps and wall switch

But from your question I guess that you think there should be one anyway?
Yes, I think so. As soon as any item changes its state (that ONH is aware of) should be signaled on the TCP/UDP ports otherwise an integration with any other systems will be out of synch.

Re: belkin wemo wlan lamps and wall switch

Well,,,,Houston here,,,, Maybe is a misunderstanding, I am looking for the event that is (or should be) generated by ONH and distributed on the TCP port when you operate the switch from inside ONH. But since I have no such device, I just get url error messages when I try to simulate... In respect to...

Re: belkin wemo wlan lamps and wall switch

Hi there wemo users, I have a little question if you could provide me with a sample of the wemo event that is sent to the TCP port? With telnet, a typical event look like this: event,NexaL_Message,Direction,Out,NexaL.Address,4727194,NexaL.Button,6,NexaL.Com mand,1,Repeat,9,Value, But how does a wemo...

Re: RollerTrol?

Perfect, now it looks very good 'Actuators' is a good choice, icon is fine (there is a motor and most likely a gearbox in all of such things) All changes implemented in my EG plugin, it works fine now Especially impressed that you managed to migrate my configuration so that RollerTrols already defin...

Re: Feature request

To use under Windows, you need to run ONH as a service. I did configure this a couple of years ago with a java service wrapper http://wrapper.tanukisoftware.com/doc/english/introduction.html#service but I do not exactly remember how the syntax looked like... Or maybe this one is a better option: htt...

Re: Feature request

I have seen that the exec command is available in the TCP Command port, but not tested, since it says it is not supported from remote...

If there are any syntax example on how to restart ONH from outside, I would appreciate...some sample code line
