Root access was the reason that I have not come on.
You have probably correct in that it is perhaps not as reliable, but it is interesting to test, it gives suggestions for new ideas.
An idea is to use the bluetooth to detect presence.

Cant get ARP scanner to work
The arp scan by PuTTY works (sudo /usr/bin/ARP scan -r 3 -B 2 -Q --interface=eth0 --localnet). but in the Net Home Server it does not result in any ting with the same command. MacCount = 0, this should be something other than 0 i guess? is it anyting i have missed? Current setup is, Raspberry pi wit...

Hi,
I get the following error when i set up a Jabber xmpp client in Rasperberrypi.
Status: Failed to login: SCRAM-SHA-1 authentication failed.
Any idea what the problem is?
No problem to login on a windows client.
