First check under View->Decoders and see that the protocol is enabled. It could also be the audio settings - Nexa Learning Code protocol has very short pulses, so sometimes the settings has to be very accurate to get it right. Switch on RAW decoding so you can look at the audio signal and hot that is interpreted as digital pulses, there you can perhaps get a hint on where it goes wrong.
Weirdest issue is nethome see commands right no problem there. only that protocol analyzer bug when test in windows laptop. and yeah I have select protocls there , that's not big issue but maybe some new user get problems if test that. I was know that earlier but forgot to tell you. I can debug that and change input level my receiver if that help. that was short test to see if my audio receiver work , Linux audio is little hard to config
