Jabber, login error

Hi,
I get the following error when i set up a Jabber xmpp client in Rasperberrypi.
Status: Failed to login: SCRAM-SHA-1 authentication failed.
Any idea what the problem is?
No problem to login on a windows client.

Hmm, I get that when I enter wrong name or password. I might be that the URL-text converter of the fields have problems handling & and % characters. Can you try to change the password (or user name) so it does not contain any "strange" characters?

I have added @jabber.se to username.
I look forward to start testing this feature.

Do you got work jabber? I think I see same error when my jabber setup was wrong format. I have now working jabber server with next parameters.
Item Name: Jabber Server
Domain: myowndomain.dom
Username: jabber login name
passwd: passwd
resource: empty
accepted sender:
1st@person.pe,
second@person.pe
max message per day: 100
I think my nethome has much to tell me:P
usessl: checked
Trust any Certificate: checked
Not sure if this settings work with public jabber servers , I host own jabber server my esxi server. ejabberd.
